Development

In the core area electronics we mainly deal with Development and manufacturing of switched-mode power supplies, particularly switching power supplies. Customer-specific assemblies account for a large proportion of this. Our engineers in the development department design these power supplies, which often have to comply with a wide range of European and/or other international standards must comply with.

Because high frequencies, currents, and voltages occur in switched-mode power supplies, the design of the PCB extremely important. We design these using state-of-the-art CAD Software.

• Development switch mode power supplies for a wide range of requirements. From specifications to necessary tests/approvals (UL, TÜV, CE ect.) through to series production, we can provide all services.
• We work with you to develop the specifications and guarantee compliance with the defined requirements.
• Engineers with experience in production processes develop a design that delivers in series production what the prototype promises.
• In-house transformer manufacturing with cUL certification reduces the time required for introducing and testing the new product.
• Several thousand volts, several hundred amps of current, outputs up to 10 kW, 15 different output voltages? Our engineers deal with these tasks every day.
